The support is not even bad, it’s literally horrible and useless. Do they actually help anyone ever? Any issue I’ve had has never been actually addressed and their responses are asinine. It’s honestly infuriating that it’s so abysmal.

Fr I once bought a supply pass and didn't get it, support did nothing for 6 months. I kept bugging them month after month and finally got just the cod points but not the coupons and other stuff and when I told them about they said some BS that I got them because the coupons I saved in my inventory because there's never anything good in the store, at that point I gave up and just stopped talking to them
