This is the only safe way, says Elena Malakhova, a sexologist, psychotherapist, teacher of the International Academy of Sexology, a member of the professional association of sexologists. She stated this in a conversation with Lenta.ru”.

“If we regard sex as physical activity, then, of course, it is undesirable, because there have been cases when a person does not comply with these recommendations, his temperature rises and he is more difficult to tolerate the vaccine,” Malakhova said.

She also added that sex can be different-calm or with “acrobatic poses”. In this regard, it is necessary to take into account who was vaccinated: a man or a woman, Malakhova noted. According to her, men have sex more actively.

In addition, according to the doctor, it is worth considering the drug that was used for vaccination, because some have more side effects, others have less.

Earlier, the press service of the Ministry of Health of the Saratov region said that heavy physical activity, including sex, is not recommended for three days after vaccination against COVID-19. This recommendation applies to any vaccination, the ministry said.
