Our developers are aware of the lighting issues and it's an ongoing problem. You can try searching for possible workaround solutions like using an older Cemu version.
Too bad the lighting problem is still not solved. I am waiting it to be fixed so I could finally play this game, bacause these minor workarounds is not enough for me. Fatal Frame is much about the atmosphere, carefully created by developers and easily ruined by bugs like this.
