Open call: JVNC Research Compute Allocation, Cycle 41
Cycle 41 of the JVNC Research Compute Allocation is now open. The programme grants access to shared GPU partitions, large-memory nodes and the distributed storage fabric for periods of three to twelve months.
Proposals are reviewed on scientific merit, technical feasibility and the degree to which the work depends on the cooperative's low-latency topology. Preference is given to projects that would not be possible on a single institutional cluster.
Successful applicants receive an allocation of node-hours, a storage quota, a service account on the JVNC identity fabric and an engineering contact for the duration of the award.
Deadlines for Cycle 41 fall on the last Friday of each month. Reviews are returned within three weeks. There is no fee for member institutions; non-members may apply under the affiliate track.
Documentation, quota tables and example proposals are available from the member portal.
