So, I managed to fix the problem. The "[Enabled]" part let me to believe it was a software problem. It was a hardware problem though. When charged as much as possible and with the charger still attached, the diagnostics revealed a broken fuse inside the battery. So I installed a new one and everything it working as intended now.

They work pretty much the same as GitHub in my experience. The actual process of using git is exactly the same, because git and GitHub are different things. The web UI that comes with them is mostly pretty similar to GitHub

Install your Nvidia drivers from non-free or install them the same way you would on windows. I agree, not too obvious. Also not the fault of Linux but that doesn't really matter. Because for the most part, you can install them like any other package on Linux. Just like you install them like any other package on windows.
